I can not say enough great things about Carbon Salon or Ashlie Hernandez!
During our consultation, she got a clip of my hair to test and make sure it would pull properly and luckily for me, it did! I just love how they care for their clients.
Yesterday was my appointment and it went great! I was so nervous because I have NEVER done anything with my hair and honestly had no idea what I wanted. She listened to my thoughts/ requests and matched that.
Ashlie did a braided balayage, cut 4 inches off, did a face frame and styled it.
I love it so much. She gave me some great recommendations for products. I did get the wash and rinse. I will be going back for the texture spray!
I am generally an introvert and was a little worried we would be sanding there in awkwardness but it was a great time. Ashlie has a fantastic personality. She really made the entire experience so great.

Deja has absolutely killed it every time she has done my hair. She can take you to the light side or the dark side. I’m always afraid of change but she makes it worthwhile. Also love that I feel pampered every time I go in. They always are super friendly and ask if you want something to drink. I’ve never had a bad experience at this salon. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with doing my hair. I highly, highly recommend going to carbon salon and checking out Deja!! 💕💕

She always kills any ideas I have and always takes her time to make sure my hair looks and feels perfect when I leave her chair. plus, I get so many compliments on the daily about my hair and it’s color!! I have been seeing Heather for about a year now. I moved here from Grand Junction and searched EVERYWHERE for a new hair stylist. I have been going to Carbon Salon for years and have seen many stylists there, and I cannot recommend Kate Waltz enough! I’ve been seeing her for women’s haircuts since September and I will always come back to her. She is always very thorough in the consultation and through the entirety of the service. I always walk out happy and confident. Highly recommend :)
I moved to Colorado last year and was so nervous about finding a new hair stylist! After doing research, I found Whitley Ward at Carbon salon. Needless to say, I found the perfect hair stylist. She is absolutely amazing at her job and does a wonderful job every time. She does such an amazing job at both coloring and cutting hair. I always walk out of the salon feeling so refreshed and in love with my hair!
